Description

Rare copy of this Elvis HMV single from 1957 on the purple/silver labels.

As is plainly obvious from the photos, it is not in the best of shape, showing evidence of clumsy repair.

The single ironically, plays quite well, with no jumps skips or scratches. There is dust crackle throughout as you’d expect for a 63 year old!

The obvious issue is the dinked centre that has been roughly plugged with a non matching replacement, secured with sellotape!

It is what it is.

A rare single that is cosmetically poor but actually sounds OK for its age.

Literally giving away start price on the basis it may be of some use to someone.
