Elvis Presley / Love Letters
Japan Orig. LP
RCA SHP – 6209
Appendices: "Original OBI”, “G/F Cover" & “Air-Mail Envelope to Elvis”
( INSERT is not originally issued )
Description: This is scarce Japanese original copy ( released in 1971 ) of his original album, coming with complete appendices ( including a rare “air-mail envelope” ). The envelope is printed with Elvis’s mailing address: “Mr. Elvis Presley MGM Studio Culver City California, 90230 USA” ( See photo ). The insert is not originally issued for this album. The gate-fold cover shows inside “Japanese description” &“English lyrics”. It’s hard to find this item even in my country. Scarce item from Japan to serious collector.
Condition: G/VG ( Cover / Disc )
COVER: Cover is partly worn on the corners & outer-edges. It’s lightly scraped on the surface of front & back, while being stained with brown spots inside gate-fold. Otherwise it has none of any tear, ring-wear, dent, strip & writing...OK.
DISC: Disc is good in condition, keeping glossy. It has light scuffs ( including slight scratches ) in places on each side. There’re several spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise it has none of any hairline, which is to be rated as "VG".
OBI: G+, being stained with brown spots on the surface of back, and a little on the front.
INSERT: INSERT is not originally issued for this album.
ENVELOPE: G, being stained with brown specks on the surface of each side.
