Authentic 1956 RCA Victor 78 RPM shellac single from Elvis Presley, featuring the iconic ballad “Love Me Tender”, backed with “Anyway You Want Me.”
This is a transition-era pressing, issued during the shift from 78 RPM shellac to 45 RPM vinyl. As a result, 78 RPM copies were produced in smaller numbers and are significantly harder to find today in VG+ condition due to the fragile nature of shellac.
The matrix numbers are fully legible and match early RCA Victor production codes, making this an excellent example for collectors seeking format-correct Elvis originals rather than later vinyl reissues.
