Description
Up for Auction is one of the "Holy Grails" of record collecting. Elvis Presley's second ever album entitled "Elvis Presley No 2", first UK pressing, MONO, circa 1957, in almost NEAR MINT condition as far as the actual record goes.
The record is graded EXCELLENT The Sleeve is graded VERY GOOD to GOOD PLUS The Labels are graded NEAR MINT The audio on both sides is graded NEAR MINT
The record has a couple of very fine, light, surface hairlines each side, only seen in artificial light when held on an angle that do not affect the quality of the play in any way.
The album jacket has slight corner knocks, a corner fold- front, bottom, right, some wear and creasing on the front along the record entrance, and 2 small horizontal tears in the middle, 6mm and 4mm, a small stain-front, top, right about 5mm in diameter, slight ring wear both back and front, two small tears on the back at the sleeve entrance, 12 mm in and 5mm in. This album has been selling for between $800 and $1200 on Ebay since 2009. They are becoming harder and harder to find and more and more sought after and valuable as each year passes
