Description
This is an auction for an original copy of the RARE 1971 Elvis Presley single O Come All Ye Faithful / Merry Christmas Baby released in the USA.
The record itself (74-0572 orange Label) is in EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+ condition and retains a lot of it's natural sheen.
There are a few light marks / scratches and manafacturing marks (nothing too deep or drastic)
The labels are CRISP,CLEAN and have NO WRITING.
The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as a cool $60(£40) in the condition it is in now(which i would say is VERY GOOD+)for the sleeve alone!!!
This picture sleeve is one of those harder to find releases!
There are NO SPLITS or WRITING (see photos)
The only thing that stops this from grading even higher is some creases/ringwear and a few small rips to the top opener(see photos).
I would grade the sleeve as VERY GOOD+
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this great sleeve!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $75+(£50 approx) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £55.
I WILL START THAT AT UNDER A HALF OF THAT!!!!!!!
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
