Description

Elvis Presley on RCA Victor CR-15. "Old Shep"

The record is a one-sided white label radio station

promotional record released in 1956 and is very rare !!

The "B" side of the record is completely blank and contains no

music at all. The record is not in ideal condition and the record has

a very bad warp in it, and because of the warp the record is unplayable !!

The warp causes the needle to jump off the record and the record does not

play through without skipping !! The record has a fair amount of scuffs marks and wear

and without the warp the wax would grade about a VG or so.  I normally would not list

a record in a warped condition like this but this record is so rare that I have made an

exception. This very rare one-sided radio station promotional DJ only record was released in

1956.  I listed below some of the past ebay auction results for this same record.

GRADING OF RECORDS 


NEAR MINT – record is ‘like new” very clean with only possibly the most minor and superficial of marks. 
VG++ record has only very minor surface marks and wear and is in excellent condition. 
VG+ record shows some surface marks but the record is still in relatively good shape. no feel-able scratches 
VG   record shows a fair amount of wear. may have feel-able scratches 
G   record shows excessive wear.
