ELVIS PRESLEY - “PROMISED LAND" (APD1-0873), A SCARCE BLACK LABEL "QUADRADISC" ISSUE FROM 1977!         RECORD: VG++ (EXC) with beautiful, glossy surfaces! The record appears to be Near Mint under good lighting, but under brighter lighting, some evidence of careful play appears as well as a few extremely light paper sleeve scuffs. This very scarce "Quadradisc" album should play like new! These 1977 Black Label issues are actually much more tougher to find than the earlier Orange Label copies. This substantiated in the value comparison in Jerry Osborne's "Presleyana VIII" (2017). This album was originally released in January of 1975 and includes the hit singles "Promised Land / It's Midnight" and "Help Me / If You Talk In Your Sleep". The Black labels are simply beautiful, NM!     COVER:  VG++ (EXC) with just some very light surface scuffing/ring wear that is not offensive to the eye. The edges as well as the spine are sound and fully legible. There is some very minor wear spots along the upper edge, however. Absolutely no seam splits, tape, staple holes or unwanted stickers. A beautiful, original cover!       INNER SLEEVE: The original "ELVIS" (54F) sleeve from the era.

USPS has been known to find a way to bend these boxes on occasion, hard as that may be to believe, so items valued at $30 or more will be shipped automatically with insurance at no additional cost to the buyer. I normally ship within three business days from close of auction, but please allow a little extra time in the event of a holiday.  Returns are accepted if you are accepted if you are not completely satisfied with your item.
