This is the Elvis "King Of The Whole Wide World" b/w ""Home Is Where the Heart Is" RCA black label SP-45-118. It is a promotional copy with "Not For Sale" printed on both sides of the label. The vinyl has been graded conservatively as NM and, given the near-total absence of any visual blemishes aside from a couple of light half-inch "streaks" that appears to be inherent to the pressing rather than the result of handling or playing, some might grade it as Mint.We played the beginning and end of each side once to determine that it has virtually no audible signs of wear or play as well.
It comes in the original promotional sleeve promoting the film "Kid Galahad" and as you can see from the photo of the sleeve (also the close up detail of the text printed on the sleeve) there are only two small smudges on it - one near the left center edge, one beside the song titles. There is minor ring wear and corner creasing but no tears or splits. We've also included a scan of the rear (blank) sleeve and it too is blemish free.
For comparison, check this recently-sold copy of the record w/sleeve which sold for $200: item # 201201238040 (copies without the sleeve are currently being offered in the $150-$175 range).
