Description

This is an auction for a RARE ORIGINAL copy of the 1957 single Playing For Keeps / Too Much released in the USA.

The record itself (47-6800 dog on top )is in EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+ condition and retains a lot of it's natural sheen.

There are some marks/scratches (nothing too deep or drastic)

The labels are CRISP, CLEAN and have NO WRITING.(see photos)

This is the rarer version WITH HORIZONTAL LINE.

The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $50 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+  for the sleeve alone!!!

The sleeve has NO SPLITS,RIPS,TEARS or WRITING!(see photos)

The only thing that stops this from grading higher is some creases , some small damage where a staple has been removed and a shop price stamp on the front cover(see photos)

That all said, This is probably one of best conditioned sleeves of this release i have ever sold on ebay!

The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this great sleeve!!

Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $85(£56 approx) . I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £60.

With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!

This will make an affordable addition to any collection until that £85+MINT copy comes along!
