Description
This is an auction for an Original copy of the HARD TO FIND 1965 EP release ELVIS SINGS CHRISTMAS SONGS released in the USA.
The record itself (EPA-4108 dog on side) is in VERY GOOD+ condition.
The centre labels have NO WRITING.(see photos)
THIS IS THE LATER 1965 RE-ISSUED AND HARDER TO FIND DOG ON SIDE VERSION!!! (rather than the earlier 1957 dog on top release)
The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $55-60 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is EXCELLENT-/VERY GOOD+)for the sleeve alone!!!
This sleeve is over 54 years old and is in Great condition for the age.
There are NO SPLITS, RIPS , TEARS or WRITING(see photos)
The only thing that stops this from grading even higher is some age discolouration/browning(see photos)
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $80(£53approx) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £55.+
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
