Description

Here is a Rare reel to reel radio spot announcement for Elvis's movie documentary "Elvis on Tour".
Has three different length ads,
1-10 second
1-30 second
1-60 second
Came from Radio Recorders, Hollywood, CA as printed on box. A division of EMC corporation.
The box itself does have some brown smoke staining on the edges from a fire at the movie theater which I acquired it from. There is only discoloration on the box, the reel and tape was not affected at all. The gal who owned the theater luckily put fire out before it and everything else in her office was destroyed (thank goodness). Her husband was a co-writer of several popular sitcoms in the 60's-70's, and for a while lived in California. They had the privilege of meeting and hobnobbing with alot of people during this time and on three occasions met Elvis and Col Parker. I was able to work out a deal on a mother load of her memoribilia, including a couple autographs, some Vegas memoribilia, records, lobby cards, press books, some mini movie posters, and lobby flyers.
Please check back with my other auctions, as I will be listing ALOT of what I mentioned above !!
THANK YOU, THANK YOU VERY MUCH....
