Elvis Presley Record RCA Victor LPM-1254. 

Elvis Presley's very first LP release with RCA records. It was released March 1956. 

As you can see from the picture, the cover is in good shape, it definitely has some wear (due to its age) and there is however a split on the top, it runs from the top right corner to almost the very center(it is a pretty clear tear). And on the back of the cover someone wrote their name just to the left of where side one tracks are listed. The record itself is in great shape (I just listened to the whole thing last night). The labels on both sides are pristine.
