Description

ELVIS PRESLEY - “SPINOUT” (LSP-3702), A FIRST PRESSING OF THIS ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK RECORDING, COMPLETE WITH BONUS PHOTO FROM 1966          RECORD: NM- with minimal evidence of ever having been played! beautiful, glossy vinyl with super clean labels! Only a couple very light spindle marks noticed on inspection. This Original Soundtrack Recording was released in October of 1966 and includes the hit single "Spinout / All That I Am" as well as the Bob Dylan penned track, "Tomorrow Is A Long Time", which is the best song on the entire album! As a collector myself for over 40 years, I believe that "Spinout" is Elvis' best movie soundtrack album since "Roustabout" and should never have been deleted from Elvis' catalog in 1967. A lot of great tracks on this one! The matrix numbers end with 6S/5S, respectively.       COVER: NM- with full original shrink wrap that remains tightly enshrouding the cover. Some minor fading along the spine as well as minor wear along the open end edges is present. The lower left corner tip shows some wear where tit broke through the shrink wrap. This is one beautiful and fully original cover!            INNER SLEEVE: The original "ELVIS' Great LP Catalog" (40B) sleeve from the era.
BONUS PHOTO:  VG+ because of some bending to the upper right corner that is mostly within the white area. I attempted to provide a photo of this flaw, but it did not come out clearly enough to be worthwhile. There are also some minor handling bends as well as the usual record lip impression. Overall, this photo remains very clean and attractive and suitable for framing, if so desired.     GOOD LUCK!
I COMBINE SHIPPING! $4 for the first LP, then 25 cents for each additional LP. I do not ship outside of the lower 48 States. International shipping caused me too much unnecessary grief in the past with too many requests for me to enter fraudulent information on the Customs Form. I ship all records in the CORRECT cardboard record mailers, specifically designed for shipping these historic and tough-to-replace treasures to your doorstep in the same condition as when they leave my hands. USPS has been known to find a way to bend these boxes on occasion, hard as that may be to believe, so items valued at $30 or more will be shipped automatically with insurance at no additional cost to the buyer. ALL of my records are U.S. pressings unless otherwise stated.  Payment is expected within 5 (Five) days from close of auction via PAY PAL ONLY – NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE. I normally ship within three business days from close of auction, but please allow a little extra time in the event of a holiday.  Returns are accepted if you are accepted if you are not completely satisfied with your item. I strongly believe that my grading of records is spot-on, but we’re all human and something may occasionally be missed upon inspection. I will do my best to ensure customer satisfaction. 2017 marks 39 years of experience for me in this wonderful hobby. I specialize in Elvis Presley.
