Elvis Presley Signed LP Record "Best Wishes, Elvis Presley"
LP is "Elvis in Person at the International Hotel, Las Vegas, Nevada"
RCA - LSP-4438
This came from my Uncle's Apartment - who is a silent film pianist and has a lot of film memorabilia, as he worked with Lillian Gish, Keystone Cops (Etc....) It had a COA; however, COA's can be printed up by anyone these days. Instead. I am asking those who collect Elvis memorabilia... as I've studied the signature - to purchase this item to get the correct grading. The E has a loop which I noticed was done in later years; however, not often. Would have been cautious if didn't come from Uncle's Estate Sale. COA was signed by a person who worked on "Hairum Scareum" (Excuse Spelling).
From personal research the "B" in Best wishes is to a tee. The "E" in Elvis is looped which I've rarely seen...But then, the S in Elvis running into the P in Presley is similar... and the forced y at the end of Presley matches.
Trying to be completely honest here. I took a close picture of the autograph hoping an Elvis fan who knows the signature would purchase for the cost of a Graceland or a perfect person who could grade autograph and give a perfect COA. Perfect for resellers to take chance. As autograph could be resold with right COA for well over 8K.
My Uncle was a silent film Pianist who was coached by Lillian Gish - and has a lot of things from Ray Bradbury, Charlie Chaplin, etc.
as a protection to myself. I am 90% sure this is authentic - but, I cannot make that promise. As you can see by the picture.. The Best Wishes and every other letter is perfectly matched.
Also, the Record appears untouched/un-played and has original sleeve.
Please message me - Elvis collectors to talk to me about this if you know - even if purchased for low price and it is 100% for this low cost - just as curiosity! Wouldn't kick myself!
