Description
I am selling a box set of Elvis Presley's Sun Singles, produced by Castle Music in 2000. The set includes (official) reproductions of the 5 vinyls that were recorded / released on the Sun Records label, Memphis, Tennessee. 1) That's All Right / Blue Moon Of Kentucky 2) Good Rockin' Tonight / I Don't care If The Sun Don't Shine 3) Milkcow Blues Boogie / You're A Heartbreaker 4) I'm Left, You're Right, She's Gone" / "Baby Let's Play House" 5) Mystery Train / I Forgot To Remember To Forget
They have also included an EP in the set which contains tracks that were also recorded at Sun, but not released during Elvis'time there). These are "That's All Right" (alternate Take), "Harbor Lights", "Tomorrow Night" and "Trying To Get To You".
Originally, the Box was carefully opened, but was placed straight back into it's outer clear celophane where it has remained. The discs have NEVER been played and are MINT. Please note: The photos I have taken are of my OTHER set - The item on offer is still in it's outer seal.
I have also added a copy of the 7" single "My Happiness" - the song that technically started it all when Elvis recorded it (allegedly) as a gift for his mother. (In 2015 Jack White paid $200,000 for the original disc. He had it digitally copied and a special 10" vinyl was produced that was an exact replica in every way (NO clean-up on the sound!). These were very limited in their release. The follow-up was to have it officially released (in 7" format), on the Sun Records label. It is the 7" version that I am adding to this collection, again in MINT / Unplayed condition
