The first of his SUN recordings.
Elvis at his best as far as I'm concerned. The King, undoubtedly.
Vinyl: Looks VG- and plays VG according to Goldmines grading system. Has background hiss which is common for the old SUN records. No skips, no sticks, hardly any pops that I could hear except in the wax before the music starts. It is kind of quiet until Elvis starts singing then the volume is real strong and the guitar break is very loud and clear. Over all a really nice record for the Elvis fan.
labels: Strong VG with ring wear, some label rub on Blue Moon side. All 3 push marks are visible on both sides. Label has Wabash BMI on the A side. The dark on the A side bottom is a shadow.
Original pressing it comes in a plain brown sleeve.
