Elvis Presley That's The Way It Is 1972 Japan RCA LP + obi SX-201 stunning cover
With obi. In laminated gatefold sleeve with integrated 6-page booklet containing English lyrics and photos. This particular copy is mislabeled: Side 2 is labeled as Side 1 and Side 1 is labeled as Side 2.
DISC: Near-Mint (great glossy vinyl, well looked after. Immaculate labels)
COVER: EX (barely any wear at all. No writing anywhere. Pages 4 and 5 of the booklet have some age staining but otherwise it's much cleaner than the average old Japanese gatefold).
OBI: clean, no wear
