Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1972 release of He Touched Me / Bosom Of Abraham released in the USA.
The record itself (74-0651 ORANGE LABEL)is in EXCELLENT- condition.(looks hardly played!)
There are some light marks/scratches. (nothing too deep or drastic)
The labels are CRISP,CLEAN and have NO WRITING. There is a small numbered sticker on the Bosom Of Abraham side(see photos)
The picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $140 (£95)in the condition it is in now, which i would say is EXCELLENT- / VERY GOOD+ )for the sleeve alone!!!
This sleeve is over 41 years old and shows a few signs of ageing.
There are NO RIPS,TEARS or WRITING.(see photos)
The only thing that stops this from grading even higher is some light ringwear/creases, a piece of clear tape at the bottom and a shop price stamp on one side.(see photos)
This sleeve does not come up for auction very often!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $170(£115 approx) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £120.
With a starting price at under a third of that you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
Please look at my other auctions for some more great Elvis USA picture sleeve lots.
I offer discounted shipping on multiple purchases.
APOLOGIES FOR POSTAGE PRICE INCREASES BUT THIS IS DUE TO ROYAL MAIL RAISING COSTS AS OF 2ND APRIL 2013!!!
