Elvis Presley The Real Elvis EPA-940 Near Mint Record

You are bidding on the Elvis Presley 7 inch record, The Real Elvis, the hard to find EPA-940 with four songs: Don't Be Cruel, Hound Dog, My Baby Left Me, I Want You, and I Need You, I love You. The sleeve is the hard cardboard type and it's in very good condition. The sleeve is not mint but the only wear is minor wear on some places on the sides, and some minor wear on the back. No tears, no seem splits, very nice. The record is near mint. I found one very minor "scratch" on the back, otherwise the record looks new in every way.

This is one of several hundred collectible records I’m selling from a private collection. Please see my other auctions for similar items. This is an estate item so I have no personal knowledge about when it was purchased or any other detailed information. I am not an expert regarding 45RPM or LP records, and I will not attempt to play these records so I am describing it as best I can.  If I find scuffs and/or scratches on a record I'll say so, I'll use plain English to describe everything. Feel free to contact me with more questions. I can’t absolutely guarantee that it won’t have a scratch or skip because I am not playing these records. I will describe the sleeves the same way, by just being perfectly honest.

For payment I accept PayPal, bank checks, money orders, or personal checks. Item will be shipped when payment clears. Payment must be provided within 5 days of end of auction and if you do not use PayPal please contact me within 24 hours of end of auction so I’ll be aware of payment method you have chosen. If you are unwilling or unable to send payment within 5 days of end of the auction, DO NOT BID.

Shipping is via U.S. Postal Service, Media Mail in the U.S. and the cost for shipping, packaging, and handling is $4.00. If you'd prefer Priority Mail it is $6.00 and please notify me. For international bidders, I use Global Priority Mail and the cost for shipping and handling is $11.00.  If you want insurance I'll keep your receipt until the item has been received in good condition and will send it to you should the need arise. Insurance is $1.35 up to $50; $2.30 from $50.01 to $100; $3.35 from $100.01 to $200; $4.40 from $200.01 to $300; $5.45 from $300.01 up to $400, and $6.50 from $400.01 up to $500. For multiple items won I will ship up to 5 records in the U.S. for the same price then add $1 for each additional record. For shipping more than 5 records outside the U.S., ask me for a shipping price quote. I will provide reasonable discounts.

If you are unhappy with the merchandise for a legitimate reason I will be happy to accept a return. You must notify me and send it back within 7 days of receiving item. Once I receive the product in the same condition as it was sent to you, I will refund your cost of the product plus shipping. I will make every attempt to be fair and I ask and expect you to do the same.
