Description
Elvis Presley Very Rare complete UK promo set
In 2005, the 18 number ones which Elvis had originally scored in the UK were re-released, one each week, from January to April. They gave Elvis an unprecedented 18 consecutive UK chart hits over a four month period and broke chart records. To promote the event, a set of 4 extremely limited edition Elvis promo CDs were sent exclusively to radio stations over a period of 12 weeks. As a result, full sets are extremely hard to come by, and this is a rare opportunity to own a piece of rare music history.
Each disc contains the songs which were to be re-released in each month and are:
Promo 1- January
All Shook Up
Jailhouse Rock
One Night
(Now and Then There's) A Fool Such As I
It's Now or Never
Are You Lonesome Tonight
Promo 2 - February
Wooden Heart
Surrender
(Marie's the Name) His Latest Flame
Rock-a-Hula-Baby
Promo 3 - March
Good Luck Charm
She's Not You
Return to Sender
(You're The) Devil in Disguise
Promo 4 - April
Crying in the Chapel
The Wonder of You
Way Down
A Little Less Conversation
This is a great opportunity to a full set of very collectable, very rare promotional items and would be perfect for any Elvis fan, collector or completist.
