Ultra-rare Japanese test press / sampler LP. Contains 14 songs, including 4 Elvis hits. The record comes in a card sleeve with an A4 sheet on the back with track and artist details in Japanese (song titles also in English). This kind of LP was issued monthly back in the 1960s and 1970s to highlight upcoming releases. This particular LP (SSD-15) is so rare, it's not listed on the Elvis World Japan website. The disc is in EX condition (play tested - sounds great. There are a few superficial marks and the odd tiny yellowish spot on the labels). The cover has rubbing on the edges but no splitting. A couple of songs have been circled in red pencil. There is what appears to be a signature on the back and there is a tear on the A4 sheet. It also comes with a small sheet of paper (photo 5) stating that there is surface noise on tracks A3 to A6 (not the Elvis songs).
