Description
This is an auction for an Original copy of the EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND 1965 EP release ELVIS PRESLEY - Elvis Sails released in the USA.
The record itself (EPA-5157 dog on top) is in EXCELLENT- condition with very few marks/scratches.(nothing too deep though)
The centre labels are CRISP,CLEAN and have NO WRITING!!(see photos)
THIS REALLY IS A BEAUTY!!!!!!!!!!
The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $140 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is VERY GOOD+)for the sleeve alone!!!
This sleeve is over 46 years old and is in nice condition for the age.(see photos)
The only things that stop this from grading even higher is some damage on the word Sails from where a label has been removed, corner wear/start of seam splits on the top and bottom and the year 1958 written on the rear with some slight age discolouration(see photos)
THIS ONE RARELY COMES UP FOR SALE AND IS THE ONLY 2ND ORIGINAL COPY OF THIS I HAVE EVER SOLD IN 9 YEARS OF SELLING ON EBAY!!!!!!
This is a really affordable addition to fill any collection!.
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this MEGA RARE sleeve!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $180+(£114+ approx) .I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £120.

A MINT COPY OF THE RECORD AND SLEEVE WOULD SET YOU BACK A COOL $250+(£158+)
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
