Description
This is an auction for an ORIGINAL copy of the 1964 EP release of ELVIS PRESLEY in Viva Las Vegas released in the USA.
The record itself (EPA 4382 dog on top)is ONLY in VERY GOOD condition with quite a few marks/scratches and retains some of it's natural sheen.
The centre labels show some ringwear / scuff marks and there is a red nail varnish blob on nipper on one side(see photos).
The THICK CARDBOARD picture sleeve is much sought after and was listed in a U.S guide book back in 2008 as $50-55 in the condition it is in now(which i would say is VERY GOOD+)for the sleeve alone!!!
This sleeve is over 57 years old and is in reasonable condition for the age.
There is NO WRITING!(see photos)
The only thing that stops this grading higher is some scuff marks and a seam split about 2.5 inches along the top and edge/corner wear but NO WRITING!(see photos)
This is a really affordable collection filler until that MINT £65+ copy comes along.
The record is also stored in a separate paper sleeve to prevent anymore wear to this sleeve!!
Overall 2 years ago this was valued at $60(£40approx) .
I dont have a current price guide but i would say at least £42.
With a LOW START and NO RESERVE you might be able to grab yourself a bargain!!!
