Description
Elvis Sails EP 45 Record/Sleeve. From RCA? Purchased in the late 70s. An attempt was made to duplicate the 1959 release of an Elvis interview whenever he went overseas for Germany duty in the US Army. Elvis was interviewed by several press at Brooklyn Army Terminal on Sept. 22, 1958. Colonel Parker took advantage of every move that Elvis made during this time. RCA Nippper is a little off and so are the small photos on the back cover. Otherwise, it is rare due to not many pressed. Both record and sleeve are mint. Record never played. Once again, it makes no difference when or were it was issued, fact remains that this is a rare Elvis piece. No hole at top of cover (as can been plainly seen in pictures). Only Elvis could maintain this sort of mystic in death as he did during his lifetime. He was an American Icon to say the least and changed recorded music and history forever. Good luck on bidding. Paypal and money order accepted. $4.00 US S&H. Overseas pays $8.00 S&H. Good luck on bidding.
