"Elvis In Hollywood" Brookville Records (2 LPs) RCA Special Products (SP) DPL2-0168 with white sticker listing the songs on the back.
Elvis In Hollywood was originally sold by Brookville Marketing via TV mail order, but sometime in 1976 Brookville decided to sell this album in retail stores. Since the buying public needed to know what songs were included on the album Brookville created this white sticker listing the movie tracks. I have seen this album many times, but only twice with the sticker on the back. They are insanely rare and this album should sell in the $200 to $250 range.
Condition: Still Sealed, Very Good ++ to Near Mint. This is a very hard cover to find in good condition. They were produced with flimsy cardboard and most display heavy ring wear. This one has some edge wear at the top, but still very nice. I always displayed the back because of the white sticker and it looks awsome!!! Remember this album is still sealed with the white sticker on the back. WHAT A COMBINATION!!!!
I will also be listing Brookville Records "Elvis"and Elvis Commermorative Album. These albums are from my personal collection and very rare. I wouldn't even consider selling these a few years ago, but I need to slim down my collection and I'm sure owning this album will make some Elvis collectors day. Happy Bidding!!
