Elvis prop sleeve from the record signing scene in Jailhouse Rock.
Prop grips were sent out to buy then current EP sleeves to affix images of Elvis as Vince Everett. In the scene, there is a very large stack of these sleeves (perhaps 50 or so), some of which were signed in the scene (see pics).
This one is pretty beat up, and has a price tag and writing on the back side, which is the back of a Jaye P. Morgan EP sleeve.
I not longer have access to the record player at my local university, so I cannot play-test records. (see pics).
Although ebay tries to micro manage everything, my standard shipping is $4 for priority with a USPS tracking number, so please disregard any artificial shipping charges ebay generates and attaches to my listings.
