Description
This is part of a big auction of mainly Herald & Ember 45's I'm running this week. There are several bonus listings as well that I pulled for previous auctions, but didn't have time to list. A few really cool gems. Take a look at these and keep an eye out for an Atlantic auction starting 8/21 and mixed small label auction (Ace, Baton, Fire, Apollo & more) in early September.

Release: The David Clowney Band - Movin' 'N Groovin' / Soft Lights
Format: 45 rpm 7" single
Year: 1956
Notes: White label promo copy, with "Disc Jockey Copy" verbiage. One of only two singles released by Clowney under his own name, he was later to be known as Dave "Baby" Cortez. Two really cool R&B instrumentals.
Vinyl Condition: VG+, vinyl is in great shape with no scratches or scuffs. Both sides play very well with almost no background noise at all. No pops/ticks/skips, etc. Labels are very nice with original gloss and no writing/tears/scuffing. Just a little bit of light color transfer from an adjacent record label on Side B. See pics, but this is a really nice copy overall.
