Hole punch in sleeve and a little bit of ink bleed on the inner panels and a silver '10 DM' price tag over the baloon hole, but it's still a lovely looking sleeve. The original LP had a balloon in the middle.Balloon not included but this is the original pressing on Ohr. Super rare album.
