Description
This is one of 8 Emmett Miller and His Georgia Crackers 78s I'll be listing over the next few days from my collection.Please check the others if interested.This 78 is by Emmett Miller and His Georgia Crackers.Okeh Electric label # 41438.Songs are titled That's The Good Old Sunny South on one side and has God's River on the other side.Emmett Millers back up band the Georgia Crackers were Tommy and Jimmy Dorsey along with Eddie Lang and Dan Fitch.That's The Good Old Sunny South side has extremely light to light scratches with 3 scratches I can feel extremely lightly with fingernail.The God's River side has very light to light scratches with 4 small scratches I can feel with fingernail.Also has a few small groove digs and groove wear please see picture.The outer edge has a couple extremely small minor knicks and the edges have a bit of edge rubbing.If you look real closely right next to the labels on both sides there are what appears to be tiny gold colored specks.I believe they occured during the pressing of the 78 when it was made at the factory.They are the exact same color as the gold on the labels please see picture.Even though the 78 has quite abit of groove wear it still looks very nice as you can see in the picture.I also think it's one of his harder to find 78s as it came out during the depression and would be a great addition to an Emmitt Miller and his Georgia Crackers 78 collection.If the buyer is not 100% satiafied I have a return for refund policy on all records I sell.Buyer to pay $4.00 Media rate shipping anywhere in the U.S.Please add $1.00 if insurance is desired.Please check my other auctions for more Emmett Miller 78s.I also combine multiple auctions to save on shipping.
