Japanese pressing of Too Beautiful to Last by Engelbert Humperdinck, issued by London Records Japan in 1972 (catalog number TOP-1706). Taken from the Columbia Pictures film Nicholas and Alexandra. The B-side is A Hundred Times a Day. Sleeve features film stills and a stylized photo insert of Humperdinck in a garden.
