Description
Enuff Z Nuff - Self titled debut lp. 1st Europe
Purchased from new by myself on the release date 1989 and has been part of my record collection since. Honestly played around 5 times i would grade as NM/NM
Sleeve still in original shrink wrap except open edge, see pictures.
Came in a plain paper inner sleeve originally. I will include this but have also re-sleeved into a poly-lined white paper sleeve for better protection.
Barcode: 7567-91262-1 Rights Society: GEMA / BIEM Label Code: LC 0120 Price Code (France): WE 381 Matrix / Runout (Side A, Stamped, Variant 1): R/S Alsdorf 791262-1-A Matrix / Runout (Side B, Stamped, Variant 1): R/S Alsdorf 791262-1-B
Record has been cleaned with L'art du son and RCM. Recently play tested on high-end Rega system and this system is not forgiving in any way.
To be honest i was blown away with how good this sounds. I never really got into the lp at the time of purchase, so it has just sat in the collection unloved, but it really does sound stunning, maybe a testament to how little play it has had as well.
Very engaging with great dynamics, and hardly a whisper of background noise, if only all the new lp's I purchase were pressed so well! I just do not see myself playing often enough to keep, tastes change over time. But i do guarantee you will not be disappointed with this lp.
I have graded in line with the record collector grading system with my own observations. If you have any specific questions, please do ask before bidding/purchase, we're always on hand to help.
Record Collector Grading System
Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening of sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc.
Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise: it may even jump. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
