This listing is for a Psychedelic Rock vinyl Album from 1967 entitled
Winds of Change by Eric Burdon and the Animals
Rare Album, especially in this condition!
Catalogue number: MGM C 8052 The record label is MGM yellow label
The Track listing is as seen in my photographs and includes San Franciscan Nights, Winds of Change, Good Times, and their version of the Stones' Paint It Black
This is an awesome album from my own personal collection and it is their debut album released in October 1967
The album was inspired by George Harrison, who I believe Burdon dedicated it to, and he wrote Side One Track 5, Yes, I Am Experienced, for Jimi Hendrix, in answer to Are You Experienced?"
The dedications on the sleeve notes are awesome for example: "Mick Jagger - who is really my brother" "George Harrison - from whom I learn from being in the same room" "Alan Price" -my musical brother"
This vinyl disc is in excellent plus condition. It may even be higher.
There are a couple of very light marks visible in strong lighting, but the vinyl is essentially really clean and plays beautifully
The sleeve is a little bit creased around the edges and corners.
You can see the circle imprint of the record at the front which is not unusual for an LP sleeve over 50 years in age
I would grade the sleeve as a VG + - no writing or names or anything like that
This is a wonderful gift for a Psychedelic Rock fan and if you love blues, driving bass, and loads of sitar in your psych rock, you'll love this
An absolute early psychedelic classic
