Description

An original 1991 1st press for the UK Market on Reprise. Matrix A1/B1/C1/D1 [absolute 1st]. The vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover. We also have both original inners. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete. We will ship in quality lined inner sleeves for maximum protection all round.
Vinyl (Ex+/Ex+) In beautiful condition and has clearly only seen light careful use. Under close inspection I could barely make out a single mark - lovely shiny surfaces. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveal an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Some cracking audio on this LP. ALL live and recorded with great care and precision - you can hear it in the audio. A super low noise floor - you could pick out a pin drop in the venue. As he has orchestral backing - you're going to need a super clean copy to do this title maximum justice. And this copy will deliver just that. A pretty much faultless rendition throughout that will leave you begging for more and marvelling at how they managed to capture the performance so well. All I could detect was a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated moments per side [i.e. hardly anything]. This is as clean a copy as you could possibly hope to find. And it keeps it at this level consistently across four sides. Total acoustic joy. If you LOVE your hifi you will love THIS TITLE. Superb!
Cover (Ex-) Would grade a shade higher it were not for that sticker removal mark in the top right corner. Lovely clean and untarnished outer surfaces. A 5mm minor tear at the opening. The interior looks superb - no issues at all. Edge wear is very slight indeed. The spine retains full structure and is totally square [without compression]. The spine is 100% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inners (Ex/Ex-) The very delicate inner sleeves are in super condition. No signs of ageing. And just one inner ha a 1c.m. bottom edge split. That's all folks!
