PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING - THANK YOU
This item. Is an album released for a very short time in 1970 on Atco Records by Eric Clapton entitled ‘Eric Clapton’. Record label and number is Atco Records SD 33-329. This particular album is a CTH (Columbia Terre Haut) pressing and features alternate mixes (see photos for a list of the alternate mixes and descriptions) on some of the songs taken from a wrong master tape that was used on these pressings were quickly withdrawn from circulation. Matrix numbers are:
SIDE 1 - ST C701879-1A CTH T
SIDE 2 - S T C701880-1A CTH T
Record itself visually grades at VG- but played much better with just some light surface noise between some of the songs and is still a very enjoyable listen. The record has no skips and was professionally cleaned on a Nitty Gritty record cleaning machine. Record cover is in VG condition with some general wear, some wear at the corners and some ringwear and some bubbling on the back of the cover (see photos). Album comes complete with its original Atco Records paper inner sleeve. See photos for song listings. Very hard to find these CTH pressings of this great, classic Clapton album and is a nice addition to your Rock album collection! Money back if not satisfied. Feel free to e mail with any questions. Payment is expected within five business days. I combine shipping rates on multiple purchases - please wait for invoice before paying. Records are shipped in cardboard mailers and are well packed.
