Description

Eric Dolphy Far Cry New Jazz NJ 8270 MONO RVG stamped original pressing purple label first pressing with Booker Little and Ron Carter and Roy Haynes. On the front cover right lower side someone wrote: Record in Bad Shape. The LP has 3 hair like surface hair marks most likely from prior play and they do not affect the music, I examined this record thoroughly and the person who wrote that must be a topflight audiophile as the LP is VG only due to the three hir marks and has a matte screen lie cover with the famous "The Disc Shop" sticker (famous Washington, DC record store for over 60 years). LP also has Jaki Byard and was recorded in December if 1960, making this one if Ron Carter's earliest recording dates of his nearly 4000 dates. If this LP does not sell, it will be gifted to him since he loved this record date, he has told me so numerous times. VG LP, VG+ cover, original mono deep groove RVG stamped 1960 original issue LP.
