Eric Dolphy [with Misha Mengelberg, Han Bennink, Jacques Schols] LAST DATE Limelight LS 86013.  Stereo release of this mono recording.  Limelight gatefold.  First USA release of this music. Lavish Limelight trimmings all intact:  Disc is flawless; inner sleeve perfect, all inner text pages are well-treated, flat, and intact. Jacket had a small penciled “E” on back.


Here’s the first of about 50 batches of records from a fastidious NY-area collector with excellent taste. One owner since release in most cases. Very many of these were played either very little or very carefully. They’ve been carefully play-graded as well.  Low starts, as you can see, and almost no reserves. Bid with confidence.
