Description

Up for auction is Eric Dolphy's famous album "Out To Lunch."  This is the original 1964 stereo pressing of the LP, which you can note by looking at the back cover, which has "ST-84163" written in large font on the right, the ear etched into the dead wax, VAN GELDER and STEREO stamped in the dead wax, and New York, USA on the label instead of Liberty.
Also featured on this album: Freddie Hubbard, Bobby Hutcherson, Richard Davis, and Anthony Williams
Both the sleeve and disc are in great shape, considering their age.   -The sleeve has some stains and some wear to the top edge as well as just a bit on the bottom right, but has no splits and still has a nice gloss.  The spine looks great. -The disc has been test-played and has no skips whatsoever.  Visually, the disc looks great, too.  It only has a couple of minute marks, only visible if you're looking with a level of scrutiny.
