Description

Up for auction is a rare original mono pressing of Eric Dolphy ‘Outward Bound’ on New Jazz Records NJLP 8236. Other musicians include Freddie Hubbard, Jackie Byard, George Tucker, and Roy Haynes.

 

Record info:

Strong VG+ vinyl deep groove press with some minor surface noise. It plays great! The label has a drill hole.

Cover info:

VG+ with with noticeable corner wear and some creasing on two corners. It also has a drill hole and a promo stamp on the back.

Label / Pressing info:

Original 1st press purple label with drill hole and RVG stamp on both sides in dead wax.

Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.

Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $10 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.

International shipping will be $18. I reserve the right to request registered or courier mail for high value items and to some countries (Italy, Brazil, Russia) due to the unreliability of their postal services.
