Description

This is an auction of the rare vintage LP Eric Dolphy - Outward Bound - PRESTIGE PR-7311 GOLD LABEL PROMO "PREVIEW COPY" stamp in red on back upper left. Engineered by Rudy Van Gelder - 'RVG' stamped in the trailoff deadwax as well as both the New Jazz and Prestige numbers "NJLP-8287" and "PR-7311". Issued 1963.

Record is visually graded as VG++ to VG+ with some mostly light marks - Side 1 PLAY GRADES VG++ and in some spots Mint-, Side 2 PLAY GRADES VG+ with some crackles/pops noticed on the quieter second track on side 2, cover is graded as VG+ with some ring wear, edge wear including slight fraying on bottom left and upper right edges.
