Deep groove: no
Vinyl Condition: VG+ excellent gloss, labels and sound, and few light marks that don't affect play. One light scratch on side 2, but still plays extremely well over it.
Cover Condition: near VG+, one crease across front, notch cut in spine, name written discreetly on rear in pen.
Label Condition: very clean
Inner Sleeve: original Blue note sleeve, VG+
