Here is an Eric Westfall the doctor is in//Nuclear Guitar ep released on Ordinary Records back in 1985 with killer original sleeve. Super rare and bizarre two songer from Southern California with what I am guessing is a one off .band made sleeve. Not much out there lending any info about it.
