Sleeve: (VG+): sleeve maintains almost all of original gloss with a little ring wear along the bottom and top front cover. small corner bend on the top left corner, and and then there is also a seam split along the top that is roughly 3 inches long. Everything else about this sleeve is excellent.
Disc: (NM or M-): Disc is incredibly clean with only some dust across the surface. no signs of play and seems to only have been lightly handled.
