Description

Bizet's Carmen and L'Arlesienne Suites. 


Decca label SXL 2037, FFSS wide band early Blue Ribband pressing. 
A fine example of Bizet's Carmen and L'Arlesienne Suites, by L'Orchestre De LA Suisse Romande, conducted by Ernest Ansermet.
Matrix side 1 ZAL 4095 3E Matrix side 2 ZAL 4095 2E with ZAL 4095 2E scratched out underneath.
This is a very rare item, in glorious condition, there is a very small parting of the cardboard on the bottom right of the cover, and scuffing at the very edges of the corners, other than this the cover is in good unfaded condition. The vinyl has been cleaned and has a lovely lustre and shine to it, there are some very minor scuffs to side one which do not effect playback, in fact the record plays utterly sublimely.
