Description
Ernie Djohan (born 1951) is a highly well-known Indonesian singer who recorded in the Indonesian language and English. A daughter of an Indonesian diplomat who used to stay in the Netherlands.
At the age of 11 while living in Singapore, she won the first prize of the All Singapore's School Talentime. The following year, she was signed by Philips to cut a record. The has numerous hits, During the height of Lulu's fame, this particular ep in English was produced targetted at the Singapore and Malaysia's English speaking audience. She's one of the few Indonesian artists to record English songs.
