Description
Ernie Henry was a brilliant jazz musician who died much too early. Here is an original recording from 1957 of Ernie Henry with a trio that includes Wynton Kelly on piano, Wilbur Ware on bass, and Philly Joe Jones on drums.
This record has been cleaned and play-graded. The record surfaces have some surface noise and are rated as VG+, with no needle sticks or noisy repetitive clicks. This record is in what looks like its original inner paper sleeve - a plain white paper inner sleeve that looks old enough to be an original. The record cover is in VG condition - the front cover is clean and unmarked; the back cover has my name stamped in the upper right corner but is otherwise unmarked (see photos). There is minimal ring wear. The upper seam and spine are beginning to split, but the lower seam is intact. The labels are clean and unmarked with very little spindle wear.
This record is from my personal collection and I have decided it’s now time to start selling most of my records. I bought this LP in New condition around 55 years ago and it has been carefully stored and occasionally played since.
