Esoteric Records ESJ-1 (mono) (made in USA) - Charley Christian - Jazz Immortal 10" LP.
This is an original deep groove first pressing from 1950. Manufactured by Plastylite, there is an "ear" stamped in the dead wax.
The condition of the record is VG+, there is a little surface noise. The cover is in VG condition, there is a 2&1/2 inch split in the middle of the spine. The bottom seam has a one inch split at the open edge. There is a name rubber stamped on the back cover.
This record comes from the collection of Johnny Knapp, a piano player who worked with Billie Holiday and Sarah Vaughan among others. He was friends with Miles Davis and Charlie Parker.
