Description

Many know Esoteric as the rhyme partner of Wu-Tang's Inspectah Deck with their group CZARFACE and their collaboration with MF DOOM, but before Czarface landed on Earth, his co-creator was trapped in Japan during a nuclear explosion. Esoteric emerged from the waters of Tokyo Bay, bringing chaos, crisis, and hysteria with him.
Armed only with the sounds of 70's and 80's Japanese classics, Esoteric must strike against the uncompromising forces that aim to dismember him. The sound he created, which he calls "Mecha Mecha," stands as the boldest of the daring directions Esoteric has taken his music. With other genre-bending efforts such as Czarface meets Metal Face and Czarface meets Ghostface, the world needs to hear how he handles the beautiful country of Japan. For the first time ever on vinyl, exclusively on red wax, we bring you Esoteric vs. Japan: Pterodactyl Takes Tokyo.
This red vinyl variant with obi strip version is autographed/signed by the artist. Esoteric only signed and numbered 300 total. I have number 93 remaining. I purchased this for myself as I’m a lover of vinyl records. It is new/sealed/unplayed. This piece was never displayed anywhere. It was  set  on  an  IKEA shelf which has  been covered by a drop cloth to keep out UV rays. I've provided images of all four corners for your review.
On the sleeve grading, I never grade sleeves as mint as you can always find some minor imperfection if you look hard enough. Check out the images and judge for yourself.
Info  on  my  listings: With exception to the occasional stock image to show the color of a release, the images I post are of the actual items in my possession. Most  of  my  items  are new/unplayed, with  a  few  exceptions. (Check  the  listing  for  certainty  here.) All  items  have  been  stored in  a  climate-controlled  environment. Ships via media mail.
Shipping to continental US only. All sales final.
Please note that I ship my LPs either wrapped in bubble wrap, with padding on the corners, or in well protected mailers that have extra cardboard to mitigate sleeve damage. Still, it is possible that USPS might be less than careful with the shipment and dings to the sleeve, or the occasional side pierce occur (LP pushes through the side of the sleeve). If you buy vinyl regularly on-line and have it shipped you know of these issues. Also, new vinyl records are not always perfect. Even new LPs will have the occasional pop or crackle, which is part of the charm of vinyl.
