Description
Classical LP: Espana. Argenta conducting the London Symphony Orchestra. 1958 UK stereo pressing on the Wide Band Groove DECCA label. "Original Recording By" at 10 O`Clock. Cat No: SXL 2020. 7E; 4E matrix numbers on vinyl run off. Front sleeve has some corner wear and several laminate creases (no damage to laminate). Rear sleeve has ringwear; some areas of discolouration; a 2cm tear to middle opening edge (I have placed some tape on the inside on the sleeve that is not visible to prevent further damage), and a abrasion to the middle of the bottom flip back. Sleeve graded VG. Vinyl has clean labels and no spindle wear. There are some marks on the vinyl that are more visible when held at an angle to a bright light. I have played both sides of the record. There is some light background during playback and some light tics. No skips or sticks or audible loud pops. No major deterioration in sound quality. Vinyl graded VG/VG+. Not a mint copy, but a perfectly playable and enjoyable pressing of this very rare LP. Apologies for the poor lighting on the photographs that make the items look darker than they actually are.
