Description

Esther Nyffenegger EN 115/117 Bach solo cello suites complete private Swiss

Esther Nyffenegger EN 115/117
The Bach solo cello suites palyed by Esther Nyffenegger.
complete recording.
private edition on the Swiss Armida label, labels have 'EN' which stands for Esther Nyffenegger. This is the artists private edition, rarer than the german Armida label. It was sold by the artist at live performances.

The box is EX, no real damage but some foxing. also some foxing to the booklet. The records are EX, thay show some paper marks and hairlines (see photo's). Sometimes I heard a little crackle. There are some more hairlines resulting in ticks in suite 5, track one and (about 30 light ticks), So that side is VG. Also some scattered ticks. low starting price because of the hairlines.

Our principles:
  • Honest grading: no overrated grading!
  • Honest description: if we notice a defect, we will mention it. our photo's are of the actual item for sale. Photo's show the entire sleeve, including edges. For more exclusive items, we add more photo's, including label and back side. We use high resolution photo's.
  • Trust: we trust our buyers and we hope you will trust us!

Grading:

  • M: never used. We don't use this grade unless the record is sealed
  • NM: Hardly any visible and no audible faults.
  • EX: Record has obviously been used, but has no major audible faults, some non sounding marks possible, maybe some dirt or light surface noise (especially on older mono record, surface noise is quite normal) and a few random ticks. Sleeve has wear on edges and/ or ring wear and may be a bit dirty.
  • VG+: Light audible faults, ticks or surface noise. Sleeve may have some light damage (a small tear, seam split or dirt).
  • VG: record has scratches or other defects, but is still playable. Sleeve has tears, splits, or other damage.
Records are first graded visually. If we have doubts, we grade them on a VPI / clearaudio concerto. If not satisfied, please contact us before leaving negative feedback. Paying buyers will receive positive feedback.
