Be cool, don't be the one that makes me write a book about this in future listings, k? 2. I am not a professional eBay seller. I'm a fellow collector, probably just like you. I get it and I want to do right by my buyers. I've been around eBay as both a buyer and seller for more than 25 years, and collecting records for even longer! 3. I reuse and recycle mailers that were sent to me (only those in appropriate condition) to fulfill orders. If this is not acceptable, you should buy from someone else. 4. I ship to the continental 48 United States states only, via USPS Media Mail, insured (if the cost of this is more than the listed shipping fee, I'll pick up the overage). I will consider shipping to Alaska or Hawaii if the buyer pays any additional shipping price the post office imposes (if this applies to you, please message me indicating that you agree to this and I will lift the restriction on buyers from Alaska/Hawaii for this item for you). I do not ship internationally. If you wish to pay for faster/upgraded shipping, it can be arranged at buyer cost (if the high bidder/buyer wishes this option, please message me prior to remitting payment), but all shipping will be done through the United States Postal Service (i.e. no FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.). If this is not acceptable, you should buy from someone else. 5. I am of the school of thought that "mint" is a hypothetical and unachievable grade. As such, I list this item as near mint even though it is brand new and sealed. "Presumed mint" is probably the most accurate way of putting it. 6. This new and sealed EP features the artist's unique sound and is sure to be a collectible item for her fans. Hype sticker and original price sticker (obscured in photo to avoid confusion) are present. The record is housed in a standard cardboard sleeve and is presumed to be in mint condition.
